This is so f'ed up.
How can dealing with health insurance be so freaking expensive!! I am going crazy and i feel like I'm going around in circles.
I wanted one day of one of the weekend I can't even get it?!?! I NEEDED IT! Did I not sound desperate enough in my email? Like seriously I am wondering why do I still want to work for her. She gives me so many days off in the beginning and when I actually need it, she shrugs me aside and does not give me the day off I need.
I do not get paid enough, so what if I get sent to different work shops. All of us don't get a Christmas bonus or anything after major holidays, giving us ONE CHOCOLATE taped to the card is not a bonus in case you have not noticed, yah so the managers get something, but the rest of us don't deserve it? Yah you come down and help us, but at the same time you belittle us/me by telling me everything is done wrong!
I hope you guys do realise that we only stay is because we like working with flowers,not because we like you guys at all. fts.
